Use this syllabus to track your progress and take notes through the 7 video modules.

Module 1: Unlearning the Matrix

Core Concept: The traditional banking system is designed to keep your money "lazy" in checking accounts while the bank profits off your liquidity.

  • The bank's primary product isn't checking accounts; it's debt.
  • You don't need a massive raise to pay off your house early. You need better efficiency and money "Velocity."

My Notes:

Module 2: The Amortization Assassination

Core Concept: Identifying the enemy. Traditional mortgages are heavily front-loaded with compound interest, while Simple Interest accounts charge you based only on your daily balance.

  • In the first 10 years of a mortgage, the majority of your payment goes to bank profit, not principal.
  • Simple interest puts you in control: If your balance drops today, your interest drops tonight.

My Notes:

Module 3: The 3 Core Mechanics

Core Concept: The engine of Wealth Unlocked requires exactly three steps to bypass the amortization schedule.

  • The Chunk: Move a lump sum from a line of credit directly to mortgage principal.
  • The Park: Direct-deposit your paycheck into the line of credit to suppress daily interest.
  • The Float: Pay daily expenses on a credit card (30-day grace period) and pay it off with the line of credit at the end of the month.

My Notes:

Module 4: Choosing Your Weapon

Core Concept: Selecting the right simple-interest sweep account to execute your strategy.

  • HELOC: High limits, lower rates, requires home equity (usually 15%+).
  • PLOC: Lower limits, slightly higher rates, fast to acquire, no equity required.
  • The Golden Rule: Ensure your chosen weapon calculates interest based on the Average Daily Balance.

My Notes:

Module 5: System Architecture

Core Concept: Building the plumbing to fully automate your cash flow.

  • Automate your direct deposit to the Sweep Account.
  • Consolidate all auto-pay bills and daily spending to a single float credit card.
  • Automate a transfer from your Sweep Account to pay the credit card in full exactly 3 days before the due date.

My Notes:

Module 6: Advanced Maximization

Core Concept: Tuning the engine for maximum horsepower without making extra money.

  • Push your credit card statement due date as late in the month as possible to maximize your float window.
  • Deposit all credit card cash-back rewards directly into the sweep account to artificially inflate your "Delta".

My Notes:

Module 7: Troubleshooting Life

Core Concept: The strategy isn't just about speed; it is about resilience during life's emergencies.

  • For massive unexpected expenses, rely on the available liquidity you've built up in your sweep account.
  • If you lose your job and your Delta turns negative, pause all mortgage chunks and use the sweep account as a survival fund.
